I offer a space that supports slowing down, listening inward, and exploring the relationship between the nervous system, emotional life, body, and sense of self.

Ground & Grow is a transformative three to six month somatic coaching program designed to help individuals deepen their connection to self, body, and values while cultivating the confidence and empowerment needed to create meaningful change.

Program Structure:

  • 90-Minute Initial Planning Session – This foundational session is an opportunity to get to know one another, explore your needs and aspirations, and co-create a personalized three to six month plan. Together, we will define mindfulness and somatic goals tailored to your unique journey, ensuring that your experience is intentional and aligned with your personal growth.

  • Ongoing Coaching & Skill-Building – Throughout the program, sessions will focus on increasing bodily awareness, emotional skills and intelligence, and alignment with core values. Clients will develop practical skills to shift emotional patterns, transform self-perception, and create lasting changes in habits such as eating, movement, social interactions, and digital engagement.

  • Mindfulness & Somatic Practices – Each session incorporates guided mindfulness exercises, movement-based awareness, nervous system regulation techniques, and reflective practices to enhance embodiment and deepen personal insight. Clients will learn to navigate emotions, break unhelpful patterns, and foster a sense of grounded confidence in their daily lives.

How Does the Program Look Week by Week?

Phase 1: Foundations (Weeks 1-4) | Grounding & Awareness

Phase 2: Integration & Expansion (Weeks 5-12) | Growing & Embodying Change

Phase 3: Embodiment & Self-Leadership (Weeks 13-24) | Flourishing & Long-Term Growth

Additional Support Unique to the Program:

  • Customized massage, yoga, and meditation support during sessions. (Digital sessions will include self massage coaching.)

  • Access to journal prompts & reflection questions, digital workbooks, books, and other recommended materials.

  • Guided audio recordings for breath work or visualization.

  • VIP invitations to in person and digital special offerings, including meditations, focused hikes, and more.

Pricing

*$2399 One Time Fee (3 Month Program)

or $849 per month

Each month of the program includes:

Four 90 Minute Sessions.

All Supplementary and Supportive Materials.

VIP Invitations to In Person and Online Events and Gatherings.

*All participants may receive the discounted price if they choose to pay upfront.

Individual Sessions

Customized individual sessions are available in person or online for $150 for 60 minutes or $225 for 90 minutes, including massage, yoga, mindfulness, and somatic awareness coaching. Supplemental and supportive materials are not included. These sessions can be scheduled on an as needed basis.

Why Commit to 3 Months?

Dedicating three months to a somatic coaching program is ideal, because:

1) It is a research supported timeframe that supports meaningful change while remaining a manageable commitment.

2) The body and nervous system need consistent practice to integrate new patterns.

3) Clients can develop foundational somatic skills in a way that lasts!

4) Completing supplementary materials provided in the 3 month program can contribute to enhanced outcomes.
